Shipping Policies

Express Delivery £3.99 – Orders will be sent with Royal Mail Express Shipping (1-2Days) , must order before 12pm or 10am on Saturdays to be delivered the next working day. Same day dispatch in these times should be guaranteed, any delays with our shipping provider is out of our hands.

Standard Delivery £3.49 – Orders will be sent with Standard delivery with Royal Mail , same day dispatch is not always guaranteed as Next Day deliveries take priority but this is always aimed for. Delivery to UK can take 2-3 working days.

 

We are not responsible for any delays within the Royal Mail network once we have shipped the parcel. Unfortunately we cannot refund the shipping on any orders if there is such delays out of our control.

  • All orders made within UK Bank Holiday periods will be dispatched the following working day.
  • We are closed on Sundays, any orders on a Sunday will be dispatched the next working day
  • Same day dispatched is aimed for but not always guaranteed
  • All our parcels are tracked and once marked as delivered it is the customers responsibility to locate the parcel 
  • Missing parcels must be claimed through Royal Mail

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of you receiving your items, returned items must be unused and sealed as they were sent. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Any faulty, damaged or wrong items must be stated within 7 days of delivery and once returned and inspected a full refund or replacement should be given. We do not offer free returns so the return cost must be provided by the customer.

 

Collection

Orders are available to order online with the ‘collection’ option instead of delivery. Collection Address Is ‘The Sach House, Unit 1, Anjou Boulevard, WN5 0UJ’  If you order for collection by mistake or want it posting please contact us to pay the postage fee and we will send this. Whether you’re starting your lash journey or looking to perfect your technique, you’ll have structured training and continued guidance throughout your mentorship.

That’s why I’ve created a staggered payment option, allowing you to spread the cost of your mentorship across the different stages of your training.

Your place is secured with a £99 deposit, with the remaining balance paid throughout your mentorship.

This means you don’t have to pay the full amount upfront.

Hi, I’m Mili, the founder of MILASHES UK and By MiLashes Training Academy.

What started with my own passion for lashes has grown into a brand created for lash artists who want beautiful, reliable products without having to compromise on quality or affordability.

I’ve spent the past 4+ years working within the beauty industry, specialising in lashes and brows, and throughout my own journey I’ve tried countless products, tools and techniques. I quickly realised how difficult it could be to find everything I loved from one place… and that’s where the idea for MILASHES UK began.

I created MILASHES UK with one simple goal: to provide high-quality, professional lash supplies at affordable prices, whether you’re a newly qualified lash artist or an experienced technician.
