Hi, I’m Mili, the founder of MILASHES UK and By MiLashes Training Academy.

What started with my own passion for lashes has grown into a brand created for lash artists who want beautiful, reliable products without having to compromise on quality or affordability.

I’ve spent the past 4+ years working within the beauty industry, specialising in lashes and brows, and throughout my own journey I’ve tried countless products, tools and techniques. I quickly realised how difficult it could be to find everything I loved from one place… and that’s where the idea for MILASHES UK began.

I created MILASHES UK with one simple goal: to provide high-quality, professional lash supplies at affordable prices, whether you’re a newly qualified lash artist or an experienced technician.

As the brand has grown, so has my passion for helping other beauty professionals. That’s why I created By MiLashes Training Academy… giving aspiring lash artists the opportunity to learn in a personal, supportive environment and develop the skills and confidence to build their own career.

From the products I choose to stock, to the training I provide, everything is based on my own experience within the industry and what I genuinely believe lash artists need.
